Every commitment is ours: where the capital goes, how long it stays, and on what terms.

We invest as owners. The relevant clock is decades, not a reporting cycle.
Discretion
We do not publish holdings, letters, or a record of what we have done. Correspondence stays private.
Underwriting
Each commitment is judged on the facts in front of us: the asset, the people, the price. That judgment is not delegated to a model or a mandate.
